How long does a travel-medicine appointment take?
Plan for 30–45 minutes per traveller. We review your itinerary, immunization history, and risk factors, then administer any needed vaccines on-site so you walk out travel-ready.
What's covered by OHIP?
Travel medicine is generally not covered by OHIP. Many extended-health and group benefit plans reimburse vaccines and consult fees — we provide a detailed receipt at checkout.
How soon should I book before travel?
Ideally 4–6 weeks before departure for live vaccines and full schedules. We can still help up to 24 hours before — most accelerated schedules work down to 7–14 days.
Is Yellow Fever vaccination required for my destination?
Yellow Fever is required for entry into many parts of sub-Saharan Africa and South America (and sometimes for transit). The intake form's Place step flags country-specific requirements automatically.
Can children come for travel vaccines?
Yes. We see kids of all ages and tailor schedules to weight, age, and Canadian immunization history — Hep A, typhoid, JE and more, where indicated.
Do you offer telehealth consultations?
Yes — a 15-minute telehealth visit works well for itinerary review and prescriptions like malaria prophylaxis. Vaccinations themselves require an in-person visit.
How do I redeem the $50 coupon?

Do I need a referral from my family doctor?
No referral required. Cloud Care Travel Clinic is a direct-access service — book your consult yourself, and we'll send a visit summary to your family doctor on request.
